Client Experiences
"I brought in my father's old dress watch — the dial had faded considerably and one hand had lost most of its paint. They matched the cream colour closely and the luminous material looks consistent with the original indices. The watch now sits in my cabinet looking as it probably did when my father first bought it. Turnaround was nine working days, which matched what they told me at drop-off."
"My steel bracelet had developed noticeable play in several links and the clasp was stiff. The team disassembled and cleaned the entire bracelet, replaced a few worn pins, and adjusted the clasp mechanism. It now fits much more comfortably and moves as it should. I was kept informed about the spring bar condition too, which I appreciated. Four days from drop-off to collection."
"I use the chronograph on my Seiko fairly regularly for work timing, and one of the pushers had become unresponsive. The calibration service took twelve working days, which they noted upfront. When I collected it, the pushers engaged cleanly, the reset was crisp, and the elapsed-time measurement checked out against my phone. They also walked me through what they found inside — good communication throughout."
"My leather strap had dried out and the spring bars were both corroded. They replaced everything — new strap in a colour close to the original, fresh spring bars, and a complimentary wipe-down of the case while it was there. The price was MYR 620 as listed on their page, no surprise additions. Small workshop but they clearly take the work seriously."
"I had a dress watch with a dial that had developed some moisture spotting — visible mainly under direct light. The refinishing was careful; the overall colour tone is consistent and the spots are gone. They were upfront that the original aged look could not be fully matched, which I thought was honest rather than evasive. Took eleven days. I would bring other pieces here without hesitation."
"Brought in a chronograph that had been sitting unworn for a couple of years — the start pusher was sluggish and the reset didn't fully zero. The team was thorough during intake, asking about how I used the watch before they started. After calibration it operates the way it should. The written summary they gave on collection, describing what was found and what was done, is something I've not seen at other repair shops."

Selected Case Studies
Inherited Dress Watch — Dial & Hands
A 1970s dress watch passed down from a family member. The silver dial had oxidised unevenly and the blued hands had lost their finish in patches. Movement ran accurately but the visual condition made the watch unwearable for the owner.
Dial was cleaned and refinished under controlled lighting to recover the original silver tone. Hands were replaced with compatible period-correct alternatives. Luminous material on indices renewed where the original had darkened beyond function.
Watch returned in 10 working days. Client confirmed the dial colour matched their reference photos closely. Watch is now worn regularly as a family keepsake.
Stretch Bracelet — Link-by-Link Restoration
A steel bracelet on a daily-wear sports watch had developed visible play across eight link sections and the deployment clasp was releasing inconsistently. Owner noticed the watch had begun to move on the wrist during active wear.
Full disassembly of all 42 links. Ultrasonic cleaning, pin inspection, and replacement of 11 worn link pins. Deployment clasp mechanism disassembled, adjusted, and reassembled. Spring bars replaced as standard. Bracelet polished in finishing direction.
Completed in four working days. Clasp engagement is now firm and consistent. Owner reported that the bracelet sits flat on the wrist as it did when the watch was purchased.
Column-Wheel Chronograph — Reset Misalignment
A column-wheel chronograph calibre with a reset function that returned the seconds hand to approximately the four-second position rather than zero. The owner, who used the watch for sports timing, found the measurement offset unreliable in practice.
Chronograph module disassembled separately from the base movement. Heart-cam alignment inspected and adjusted. Hammer tension corrected. Module reassembled and installed. Post-assembly verification run over multiple start/stop cycles to confirm consistent zero-reset behaviour.
Returned in 13 working days. Seconds hand resets cleanly to zero on each cycle. Pusher response described by the owner as noticeably more positive than before the service.
