Dial Refinishing & Hand Replacement
Restores the visual presentation of your timepiece. Faded or damaged dials are carefully refinished under controlled lighting. Hands showing corrosion are replaced with compatible alternatives. Luminous material on indices can also be renewed.

Bracelet & Strap Servicing
Focuses on the wearability and comfort of your watch. Metal bracelets are disassembled link by link, ultrasonically cleaned, and inspected for pin wear. Deployment clasps are adjusted or replaced. Spring bars are checked during every service.

Chronograph Calibration
A specialised service for watches with stopwatch functionality. The chronograph mechanism is disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled with attention to coupling, hammer, and heart-cam components. Pusher response is tested for consistent engagement.

Common Questions
Do you work on all watch brands and calibres?
We work on a broad range of Swiss and Japanese movements — mechanical, automatic, and quartz. For each enquiry we assess the calibre before confirming scope. Some highly complicated movements or very old pieces may require discussion before we commit to a timeline.
What does the service process look like from start to finish?
After receiving your watch, we carry out an initial assessment and contact you with a written scope and cost estimate before any work begins. Once you approve, we proceed. You receive a service summary and the watch is returned with all replaced components where applicable.
How do I know if my watch needs servicing?
Signs that often lead owners to us include significant timekeeping drift, visible dial discolouration, bracelet looseness, or a chronograph pusher that has become hesitant. If something has changed in how the watch feels or looks, a diagnostic visit is a sensible first step.
What are your turnaround times for each service?
Bracelet and strap servicing is typically completed within 3–5 working days. Dial refinishing and hand replacement takes 7–12 working days. Chronograph calibration requires 10–15 working days depending on the calibre. All timelines are provided in your written estimate.
Is there a consultation charge before work begins?
Initial assessment visits to our Subang Jaya workshop are at no charge. We believe in full transparency: you receive a written scope with costs before anything is touched. If you decide not to proceed, the watch is returned to you as received.
Do you accept watches by post?
We do accept watches by registered courier for clients outside Klang Valley. Please contact us first to discuss packing guidelines and to confirm the service scope. We recommend appropriate insurance cover for all postal submissions.
