Three Services, Each Done Properly

We focus on three areas of watch care — the dial and hands, the bracelet and strap, and the chronograph mechanism. Each service is described here in full so you understand exactly what is involved before making contact.

// Our Approach

The Method Behind Every Service

Every job begins with a diagnostic, not a disassembly. We assess the watch under magnification, document its condition on arrival, and establish what work is actually required — rather than assuming a default service applies.

From that assessment, a written scope is produced. You see what we intend to do and what it will cost. Once you confirm, work begins. Nothing in the scope changes without your knowledge.

Assess First

Diagnostic before any disassembly. Condition documented on arrival.

Written Scope

Full cost and scope in writing. Nothing proceeds until you confirm.

Careful Work

Done at the right pace, with the right tools. No unnecessary shortcuts.

Verified and Returned

Timing verified post-service. Written summary provided on collection.

Dial refinishing service

Dial Refinishing & Hand Replacement

From MYR 1,100 · 7–12 working days

Restores the visual presentation of your timepiece's face. Faded, spotted, or damaged dials are carefully refinished to recover their original appearance, with colour-matching performed under controlled lighting. Hands showing corrosion or paint loss are replaced with compatible alternatives that maintain the watch's aesthetic integrity. Luminous material on indices and hands can also be renewed.

This service is particularly relevant for watches where the movement runs well but the face has aged beyond its owner's comfort — when the rest of the watch is sound, but the dial tells a different story.

What This Service Includes

  • Visual assessment and written scope before work begins
  • Dial surface refinishing with colour-matched materials
  • Hand replacement with compatible originals or matched alternatives
  • Lume renewal on hands and indices (where applicable)
  • Final inspection before return

Process Steps

01

Receive and assess the watch. Document condition. Issue written estimate.

02

Remove the dial and hands. Assess each element under magnification.

03

Refinish the dial surface. Source and fit replacement hands if required.

04

Refit the dial and hands. Verify alignment. Return with written summary.

Bracelet & Strap Servicing

From MYR 620 · 3–5 working days

Deployment clasps are adjusted or replaced if needed. For leather straps, we offer replacement with quality alternatives in various styles.

Spring bars are checked and replaced during every strap service. A sensible option for owners who notice their watch sitting differently on the wrist or whose bracelet has developed unwanted play in the links.
